TERMS & CONDITIONS
FRAME AND PACKING
The lithograph is delivered unframed and rolled for easier transport.
The print is delivered including the natural oak framed. The option of another finish is possible in black satin finish or white satin. Please write us to precise it. Each framed is assembled by hand, with a sheet of glass on the image as protective layer to finish the piece. All photographs are carefully packaged and protect during transport.
SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
We offer free shipping and insurance on every orders. We ship worldwide via FEDEX or COLISSIMO (in covered areas) A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UE
Displayed prices includes french VAT. We usually ship your order within 7 business days. Typical delivery time is 3-10 business days within Europe.
NON-UE CONTRIES
Displayed prices includes french VAT. tax will be removed during checkout if your address is outside the European Union. We usually ship your order within 7 business days. Delivery time with Fedex is usually 5-20 business days outside the EU.
TAXES & DUTIES FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UE
Purchased items with international shipping may be subject to customs duties and other taxes and charges upon entry into the destination country. Please note that these charges are not included in our shipping fees. In the event of absence during delivery, Fedex will contact you for a second presentation. No delivery on Saturdays. Make sure you correctly fill your phone number in your customer profile and all other information Fedex might need to know to deliver your parcel. In all cases, Atelier Etienne commits to never divulge or sell this information to any third party for commercial and solicitation purposes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged or less than satisfactory condition, send a photo and a description of your request.
We draw your attention to the fact that the photography are limited edition, we will proceed with a replacement while stocks last. Otherwise, we will proceed to the full refund of your order.
